Delete your AdCreator+ account

AdCreator+ is made by Kawi Software AS. You can delete your account and all data tied to it at any time.

Delete inside the app (immediate)

1. Open AdCreator+ and go to Account (the profile icon on the Home screen).
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently removes your account, brands, projects, uploaded photos, generated ads and exports, and your credit ledger. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google; cancel any active subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app, email support@kawisoftware.com from the address you signed in with (or tell us which Apple or Google account you used). We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is kept

Nothing personal is kept after deletion. Anonymised usage statistics and purchase records that Apple, Google or RevenueCat retain for accounting are outside our control and described in our privacy policy.
